Service that Never Leaves you Cold

Dave Talmage

Dear Friends,

This winter was an extraordinarily tough one — especially February, which turned out to be the coldest on record. And March, with its below-normal temperatures, was no picnic either!

These extreme temperatures, coupled with snow and ice storms, created challenges for everyone’s personal comfort. People used a lot more fuel than usual.

At the same time, weather conditions made driving hazardous. Nevertheless, our drivers logged many miles getting fuel to our customers, often trudging through high snowdrifts to reach people’s tanks. Our delivery team worked tirelessly through this difficult season to make sure we took care of all our customers.

The silver lining in all of this nasty weather turned out to be heating oil prices, which fell sharply in the fall and early winter, reaching their lowest point in six years. As a result, most people still saved money on their heating bills compared with last year, when prices were much higher.

We appreciate your business and are thankful for your trust in us. While winter gives us the opportunity to show you just how reliable we are, we’re glad that it’s now behind us. I hope all of you enjoy the warm days still ahead.

Warmly,

Dave Talmage
