If you’re a regular reader of this newsletter, you’ll recognize Heather Naretto, our long-time customer representative who also shares her industry knowledge in our regular Ask the Expert column.
“When I started here in high school 17 years ago, they told me I would learn all the ropes of the business, and they were right,” says Heather, who also handles accounts receivable.
“We have many long-time employees who have been with us for decades,” she says. “We know we have job security. No one lost their job during the COVID-19 crisis, and our office always stayed open.”
Away from work, Heather enjoys family time with her husband Nick and their two sons, ages 6 and 7.
The family has fun singing and dancing together and playing video games. On her own, Heather enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and tending to her indoor plants.
