New propane customer (January 2024). Glassmere customer service is top notch. They scheduled a service technician (Russell) to come to my home and conducted a leak test prior to my first fill. He was courteous, friendly, on time, and above all, knew what he was doing. First propane fill was a couple days later as scheduled. No issues and the price was 1/2 what I paid my old propane supplier. If I told you all the issues I had with my old supplier (overseas 'customer service', late with deliveries, price/gallon almost double all other providers with no justification, etc.), you would fall out of your chair. So refreshing to speak to local folks who care about what they do and their customers!

I was experiencing heating issues with the fuel gelling up the past cold days my furnace not running properly. I was pleasantly pleased with the office help in this issue she sent someone out right away the next day very experienced worker such a nice man knew his stuff and he had it up and running even after my furnace company HVAC failed me in helping great team members. Thanks again 👍
