Whether you're just beginning CDL training or recently earned your license, our tuition reimbursement program is designed to help you start strong. Glassmere advances or reimburses tuition for qualified candidates pursuing a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and required endorsements to become a professional fuel delivery driver.

As part of the Glassmere team, you'll gain valuable training, paid employment, and support from an experienced safety-focused company committed to your success.

For New CDL Students

• Glassmere will advance up to $4,500 toward the cost of accredited CDL school.

• Tuition is covered upfront by the company.

• After completing your 90-day training period and becoming a full-time driver, the tuition value is forgiven gradually over two years of employment.

For Recent CDL Graduates

• Already completed CDL training within the past year?

• Glassmere will reimburse you up to $4,500 for tuition you paid.

• Reimbursement begins after your 90-day training period and is paid quarterly over two years.
